Email Subscriptions, Mailing Lists and Application Forms
As part of registering your interest for, and booking yourself on to our courses, workshops, and consultations, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don't rent or trade email lists with other individuals, *organisations, or businesses.
We use two third-party providers to collect your applications, sign-up/booking, newsletter subscriptions, and payment information for courses, workshops and consultations offered on this site: Weebly and Paypal, all of which are GDPR compliant.

Data gathered for in-person readings, consultations, healing sessions, and some UK workshops: All sessions are completely confidential. As a healer / therapist, Dianna is required to keep a record of your sessions with her for ten years from the date of your last consultation. This information is manually written and stored in a locked location. No information is kept electronically, or on an online cloud. Your information will not leave the United Kingdom, and we will not share your information with anyone at all, unless required to do so by law. In certain, rare situations, Dianna may be asked to share your information with her insurance body to fulfill claims requirements. She is insured with BGi.uk.
Data transmitted for distance Angel, Tarot and Oracle card readings, and distance shamanic healing / crystal healing sessions: For distance sessions, your card reading or distance healing details will be sent to you via email using Google's Mail service. In this case, please be aware that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
For data collected online via this website, such as email subscription and membership requests: We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. In addition, we do not store your personal information on our own servers, but use data processors to collect and/or store your information for us: Weebly and Google (inc. Google Mail) - see the Email Subscriptions section above for their privacy policies. Because these data processors are not based in the UK, please note that if you are an EU citizen, your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
